Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale.

Order Processing
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing a successful order. If you don't receive this email within 1~2 hours, the order failed to go through, in which you will have to replace the order. Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Please note that due to COVID-19 and high demand, orders may be delayed. Orders will usually ship out within 5~7 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends), but can also take up to 14 business days to ship out. All products ship from the US and delivery time is determined by the destination address and your selected shipping rate. We apologize for any delays.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent to you once your order has successfully shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking info to update via the carrier.
If you see that your order has the "pre-shipment" status, it means that the shipping label has been created for the product, but not received yet by the post office. Please allow for some time for the package to be sent out and on its way. This usually takes anywhere from 3~7 business days, but can also take up to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once orders ship out from the carrier, Ghost Streetwear no longer has any control over the package. Therefore, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. To prevent any mishaps, we highly recommend that you choose secure locations when placing your order and/or have someone present for delivery.
If tracking info shows the package as delivered but you have not received the product, please reach out to both the carrier and our customer support for further assistance. We will try our best to resolve the issue, but cannot promise any guarantees.
Shipping
All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates vary on speed and destination.
Sales Tax
Our business is required to collect state sales tax at the rates set by each state and county. This is determined by the delivery destination's zip code. All orders placed on the Site will be charged applicable state sales tax.
